Divine Physiques is a coaching business that understands that we are not only dealing with bodies, but we are dealing with real people.

Real People have thoughts, fears, feelings, emotions and have probably failed 48 times, and are too scared to walk into a gym let alone stick to anything long term.

We excel in mindset coaching along with evidence based programming and nutrition that renders results for the individuals capabilities and lifestyle.
More importantly we make our people feel comfortable regardless of their age, shape, confidence or lack thereof. We have a supportive community of people that are not intimidating, and are excited to welcome in new faces.
We deliver a range of strength, functional and body sculpting training services, along with mindset camp and online coaching catered individually for men and women, to bring our clients a complete transformation suited for beginners up to advanced levels.

One to One Coaching
New to training and need targeted results?
One to one coaching is the best place to start to build your confidence, understand how to get the most out of your nutrition to suit your lifestyle, and harness upon any mindset issues.
You will be guided through a custom designed program, receive weekly nutrition guidance, weekly program updates and support outside of the gym.
Do you have a new or old injury?
We can liaise with your nominated health professional or research further to help design a program to help you get back to normal function.

Online Coaching
Online Coaching is designed for people who have some experience with following a program previously.
​
With comprehensive exercise tutorials, to a weekly checkin system with program updates and nutrition coaching, online coaching is up to speed with that accountibility factor as good as face to face coaching.

Small Group Training
These classes are catered for upto 10-14 clients, and we offer Boxing, and The Lifter's Workshop.
​
Our classes are more technique focused to ensure you are receiving that one to one experience in a fun group environment.
​
Beginner's are welcome.

In April 2018, I had a mindset change in relation to my training and food intake. Basically, I was unhappy with my current physical state which also affected my mental health and outlook on life in general; so I made a concerted effort to change. I was able to establish a regular training routine and better eating habits through the engagement of a Personal Trainer. The results came, slowly but steadily. I continued on my own without a trainer, and although I was still training and eating ok, I knew I needed to refocus to achieve better results.
I engaged the use of another PT (Amanda), who has a more dynamic approach when it comes to my training and food intake, and holding me to account. This shift in focus is now producing results that I did not think were achievable for me – my body mass is leaner, I am seeing definition all over my body, and overall, I feel much better and healthier. My training is more of a hybrid approach with my resistance training complimenting my cardio, to a point that I am able to run 10km in about 56 mins, and am not feeling tight or strained from it. In the space of a year, I have lost almost 20 kilograms, almost 20% body fat and dropped a few clothes sizes. The biggest lesson I have learned is that, quality results come with time – no fad diet or quick fix is going to change the outcome.

Muscle camp ’17 was a life changer for me. I joined muscle camp solely to push my self to my
limits and be in the best shape of my life at the end of it.
Amanda has designed the 12 weeks in such a way that every week it was progressing. The intensity of the workouts and the challenge itself was a real thriller for me.
I enjoyed all sessions that I took part. Amanda’s guidance on dietary requirements was so helpful as I always felt that I always lacked in that area.
She helped me get into a controlled, healthy diet and at the same time enjoy the good things in life.
12 weeks of the muscle camp did change my life for the better and also helped me get to a healthy diet and

BOXING

Amanda brings her years of boxing experience, skill and sass to the gym floor to give you a fun and energetic workout, that will keep you challenged week in week out.
Boxing is a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength.

THE LIFTERS WORKSHOP
​
The Lifter's Workshop allows members to learn how to safely warm up, set up and execute the big lifts factoring in individual genetics and lifting experience.
​
If you shy away from Squat, Bench or Deadlifts because you have no idea what you are doing and whether its even worth doing it, then this weekly education class is for you.

Amanda is a Melbourne based Strength, Physique and Mindset coach, who has forever loved sports, and spent half of her life dedicated to her own Personal Development and Fitness Journey.
